We pay for return shipping!
We strive to delight our customers. We are so confident you will love your item, we will pay for the return shipping if for some reason you are not completely satisfied. We only ask that you please call us or email us to notify that you will be returning the item. You can email us at UndertheLeafDesigns@gmail.com or call our studio at 603-400-1186 between 9:00 Am and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. As a courtesy please tell us the reason for the return.
To process your return, simply place all items shipped to you back in the original box, securely tape the box and attach the return label that was shipped with your item. That’s it! Take to your local USPS office and drop off the box. All return postage is prepaid.
All items should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Only items returned in their original/unworn condition with tags attached will be accepted for a return credit, or an exchange. Once we have received the item and the above conditions are met, a credit will be issued using the same method your paid in or the new item will be shipped promptly. You will receive an email notifying you of the credit.
Always feel free to contact us at the studio between 9:00 Am to 5:00 PM EST at 603-400-1186 for any questions on a return. We want you to be delighted with your purchase and will work with you to find the best item for you. Note that any items marked on our site as “Final sale” - (it will be in the product title on the website clearly marked when you order) are heavily discounted and cannot be returned. For these items no return labels are provided.
